Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Milk Bar collaboration serves up epic cinnamon-sugar mashups


Award-winning chef and iconic cereal brand to debut limited-time Cinnamilk and two other exclusive menu items to be served at Milk Bar.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota – Cinnamon Toast Crunch is answering fans’ fervent calls for Cinnamilk by joining forces with beloved dessert company Milk Bar. Just in time for the holidays, the brands will launch a limited-edition do-it-yourself beverage mix and two Milk Bar dessert creations with a cinna-sugar twist, exclusively available at select Milk Bar locations and online.

“Our fans have been obsessed with Cinnamilk for a long time,” said Mindy Murray, senior marketing communications manager for Cinnamon Toast Crunch. “By partnering with Milk Bar, we’re elevating Cinnamilk beyond the cereal bowl, delivering three new indulgent treats. Each of the dessert items puts a unique spin on the iconic cinna-sugar flavor combination, offering fresh ways to savor our cereal this holiday season.”

The Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamilk Mix recipe was crafted by Christina Tosi, Milk Bar owner and award-winning chef. It is an encapsulation of the treasured milk found after enjoying a delicious bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, packed with cinnamon sugar flavors. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamilk Mix will be bottled up and available for fans at Milk Bar stores for $7.00 per bottle (includes eight servings). For those who can’t make it to a store, this wildly fun fusion is just a click away at for a limited time beginning December 5, 2019.

“Milk Bar is a place to escape and enjoy endless possibilities,” said Tosi. “Cinnamon Toast Crunch is one of my childhood favorites, and the flavors and textures it brings spark my imagination every time.”

Tosi also created two exclusive desserts featuring Cinnamon Toast Crunch:

  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk Bar Pie: Buttery and rich filling, swirled with cinnamon sugar all inside of a Cinnamon Toast Crunch crumbly graham crust ($6.50 per slice; in stores December 5-8, 2019)
  • Cinnamon Toast Crunch Marshmallow Cookie: A textural, cinnamony, gooey cookie sensation ($3.00 per cookie; in stores December 19-22, 2019)

The Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cinnamilk Mix will be bottled up and available at the following Milk Bar locations: New York Flagship, LA Flagship, DC Flagship, DC CCDC, DC Wharf, Harvard Square, NY Upper West Side, NY Chelsea, NY West Village, NY East Village, NY Williamsburg, NY Financial District and NY Rockefeller Truck.

The Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk Bar Pie and Cinnamon Toast Crunch Marshmallow Cookie will be available for fans at the Milk Bar NYC Flagship (1196 Broadway, New York City), the Milk Bar LA Flagship (7150 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, California) and the Milk Bar Flagship at Logan Circle (1525 15th St NW, Washington, DC) on the days listed above.
