We approach ethics and integrity as part of our culture. We train, communicate, and keep employees accountable when it comes to behaving ethically and acting in compliance with our Code of Conduct, company policies and value of doing the right thing all the time.

We’re committed to keeping our culture of integrity thriving. Our Code of Conduct and company policies helps keep us all on the same page:
Communications and training: Our expectations are clearly communicated through leadership support, training, our company intranet, and signs in our offices and locations.
Investigating and addressing concerns: We arm employees with support and encouragement in determining the right course of action — whether that’s through their manager, their Human Resources business partner, our Ethics & Compliance team or our Ethics Line. We take all cases seriously and investigate them when they are brought forward.

Our Ethics Line provides for anonymous reporting and is available around the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is multilingual. Employees can access the hotline via a toll-free phone number or the Web to report an actual or suspected violation or to ask questions.
