MINNEAPOLIS - General Mills today announced it has signed an agreement to sell its grain elevator network in Idaho to Agspring, a private equity group based in Kansas City. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of the fiscal year, ending May 25, 2014.
