Majority of American women have trouble finding tasty, interesting snack options while dieting

Men and women across America have declared flavorless, boring snacks are a contributor to the downfall of their dieting success.  According to a recent survey conducted by Opinion Research Corporation (Infogroup) on behalf of Yoplait® Fiber One™ yogurt¹, more than half of female participants have been on a diet at some point in their lives.  These participants claim their dieting efforts are derailed by a lack of tasty snacks, describing the typical diet foods as “flavorless.” Luckily, help is on the way for dieters who are bored with tasteless snacking options.

According to the survey, men and women alike agree that the most important factors when choosing a low-calorie snack are taste and flavor. Consumers now have the perfect solution, and they are taking back taste this fall with Fiber One yogurt.  Each creamy cup contains 50 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 0 grams of fat – all with the delicious taste consumers expect from Yoplait. Available in Strawberry, Vanilla, Peach and Key Lime Pie, Fiber One yogurt makes snack time a zero guilt treat for dieters’ taste buds and waistlines!
