Consumers told us they didn’t like the revised set of Legal Terms recently posted on our websites, so we’re changing them back to what they were before.

Our intent had been to streamline complaints with arbitration, as we felt that would be helpful. Many companies do the same.

But our intentions and the substance of our changes were widely mischaracterized, and that caused concern. So we listened – and reverted to our prior terms. For more details, please read our blog post.
