At General Mills, we've been making food the world loves for 160 years, and that commitment extends wholeheartedly to the cherished, four-legged members of your family. This National Pet Month, we invite you to explore how Fera Pets’ supplements provide a more comprehensive approach to pet wellness.
- Founded: 2017, joined the General Mills family of brands in 2023
- Known for: Vet-formulated, science-backed pet supplements
- Best for: Pet owners seeking high-quality supplements to support their pet’s overall wellbeing
- Key products: A range of high-quality pet supplements designed to support everyday health needs for both dogs and cats
History: Fera Pets was founded by Dr. Michelle Dulake, a veterinarian and acupuncturist, alongside her lifelong friend, Emily Hsu, a pet supply expert. Frustrated by the lack of transparency in the pet supplement category and seeing a gap in the market for a more comprehensive approach to pet wellness, they created Fera Pets to deliver thoughtfully formulated supplements rooted in quality, science, and Whole Body Health.
Mission: Fera Pets' mission is to set a new standard for pet supplements by providing precise, vet-formulated, science-backed solutions that support Whole Body Health and overall pet wellbeing.
Nutrition Approach: Dr. Dulake carefully designs each product, dedicating years to development, formulation, and testing. Fera Pets uses high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers and farmers to create targeted formulations that support pets’ everyday wellness and quality of life. Each product is manufactured in the USA and proudly bears the NASC (National Animal Supplement Council) Seal of Quality, reflecting adherence to rigorous standards for overall product quality, manufacturing, and labeling.
