Tom Forsyth came from a family of bakers. In the 1950s, Tom had the brainwave to sell ready to roll pastry to busy housewives.
He launched Jus-Rol in 1954 in Coldstream, United Kingdom, initially making puff and short crust pastry. By 1967, Jus-Rol began to export regularly.
