•Our senior leaders reinforce diversity and inclusion throughout the company by sponsoring employee networks, recruiting and mentoring diverse employees, and ensuring diverse talent is represented in our leadership pipeline.
•We cultivate an inclusive environment by considering all dimensions of diversity — not just the primary areas of gender, race and sexual orientation — but also cultural aspects including values, preferences, beliefs and communication styles.
•Our Executive Diversity Council includes seven U.S.-based senior leaders who oversee policies and regularly review programs and results related to diversity and inclusion.
