Research requests
The Archives staff will conduct an initial 15-minute search for each request, and provide you with results.
- Make a request by calling the Consumer Service Center at 1-800-248-7310.
- There is a charge for research beyond 15 minutes.
- Lead time should be scheduled into your request.
Archive materials remain in the Archives; they do not circulate.
Contact the Archives department to request a visit if you are a researcher.
