technologies that are covered by an existing patent, or that have a
pending patent application. To submit your technology, fill out the
Technology Submission Form below. Please note that all information you provide
is on a nonconfidential basis.
After completing the form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that we have
received your form. Your submission will then be reviewed by General Mills.
This process may take up to three months, depending on the complexity of your
technology. After the review period, we will contact you to let you know the
status of your submission.
If we choose to further pursue your submission, General Mills may require you
to enter into a confidentiality agreement to allow for further exchange of
information.
