General Mills teams with the Black Entertainment Television (BET) Foundation to support the 'A Healthy BET' program.



This national campaign – targeted to African-American women between 18 and 54 years old – aims to promote healthy eating and lifestyle habits. The program offers seminars, public forums, nutrition information and a nationwide fitness challenge.

A Healthy BET Web site provides calorie and body mass calculators, personal meal plans and other health tips. It's never too late to change your life for the better.
