Internships

An internship in Research & Development gives you great experience in process development, packaging development, product formulation, unit operations and system development, manufacturing support, or technology development. The role combines traditional engineering challenges with the unique issues inherent in producing a product for people to eat. You will be expected to develop creative ideas, as well as leverage your problem-solving skills. You will have the opportunity to work not just in a technical team, but also with General Mills' marketing, marketing research, and financial experts as you help to build and expand our businesses.

Outstanding interns will be considered for future internships or upon graduation, full-time opportunities in Research and Development.
