Our financial analysts provide business leadership and support to Marketing, Operations, and/or Customer Business Development. Career development is enhanced through various work experiences in and across these areas. Analysts have integral roles on the business teams. They provide financial guidance and perspective, prepare financial estimates and analyses geared toward maximizing shareholder value. Analysts also develop reports and commentary to corporate management communicate the division's business results. These positions are entry level, and are considered key developmental jobs for a career in financial management.

If you are an MBA, BBA, or HBA graduate candidate with a Finance major, a position in financial analysis could be your first assignment, with responsibilities as follows:

• Prepare and analyze monthly profit and loss results, compare actual results to budget and prior periods, and evaluate financial status.
• Conduct reviews with Marketing, Customer Business Development or Distribution managers.
• Conduct periodic reviews of administrative expenses with department managers.
• Write narratives on brand financial performance, customer performance and supply chain, and present to management.
• Prepare and present analysis of business initiatives, evaluating financial feasibility and consistency with overall company objectives.
• Participate in the preparation of annual and long-range strategic business plans.
• Lead financial analyses projects as assigned.
• Participate in customer presentations.
