David Clark is vice president of General Mills, and president U.S. Retail Yogurt. He is responsible for the innovative yogurt business of General Mills, including Yoplait  products.

Clark was previously president of Häagen-Dazs International. Before accepting that role, he was vice president of Big G cereal.

In July 2007, he began leading the development and execution of growth strategies for several iconic brands including Wheaties, Total, Chex, and Fiber One.

He was recognized among the Marketing Top 50 by Advertising Age in 2008.  

From November 2003 to July 2007, Clark was the marketing director of General Mills Foodservice.

From 1997 to 2003, Clark held various marketing roles, including marketing manager for Progresso and Green Giant, and associate marketing manager for Old El Paso.

Clark’s early career experience in marketing research, category management and sales were instrumental in building a foundational understanding of consumer behavior and the consumer goods industry.
