Donal L. Mulligan*

Executive Vice President; Chief Financial Officer

Don Mulligan was named executive vice president, chief financial officer of General Mills in August 2007. In this capacity, Mulligan has overall company responsibility for worldwide finance, mergers & acquisitions, strategy, investor relations, external reporting, internal audit, tax, treasury, global business services, and information systems. He is also a trustee of the General Mills Foundation.

Mulligan joined General Mills in September 1998 as vice president of finance for the International division.

In 2004, he was named vice president of finance for the technical community. He was appointed vice president and treasurer in 2006 before being elected executive vice president in 2007.

Prior to joining General Mills, Mulligan spent 11 years with PepsiCo, Inc. and its spinoff Yum Brands, where he held various international finance positions. Before joining PepsiCo, Mulligan worked for GTE, Inc. in its financial associate program for two years.
